    I can't fault the customer service guy for trying but this was a poor effort. They tried really hard to upsell me on the rims I asked for, but I stood firm. They did a wheel alignment and it actually made the car worse, they almost didn't believe me when I rang them - the steering wheel was 20 degrees out and it vibrated significantly at 100 km/hr. So they did the wheel alignment again and commented that it was out and it should be fixed. I asked if they had checked anything else just in case and they said "we don't profess to be mechanics but there's wear (in various places)". What do you expect for a 10 year old car? Said to me they really don't know what they're doing back there. So I took it to my mechanic who said there was a LOT of weight put on the wheels and he switched the front to the back and the problem went away. So I don't know what these Bob Jane guys were doing but after that I don't think I'll be going back. At least the K-Mart guys can give you a few things to work with other than "we don't know we'll just balance it again".
